How to order/book a transfer?

After submitting the application, our managers will contact you and clarify all the details of the trip.
When should I book a transfer?
If you know the exact date of travel, it is better to book in advance 2-3 days before the trip.
How will we contact and find each other?
When booking a trip, you specify the address (the location from which the driver will pick you up) and the destination address (the place where the route will end). According to the received data, we compile the trip route and departure timing, which we inform you about. Immediately before the trip, our driver will call you and meet you at the agreed place.
Can I be sure that I will be on time for my flight?
The transfer is built in such a way that all possible delays on the road and at the border are taken into account. Our managers are professionally oriented in the timing of trips and will definitely be able to choose the most comfortable time for you to leave, so that you will be on time for your departure.
Is there a possibility that the trip will not take place?

If I am traveling with a child?
When traveling with children, you can take your own car seat or bassinet or use ours for free. When booking a trip, just tell the manager about it, and we will prepare a place for the child – we will equip the place with a car cradle, a car seat or a booster seat.
Can I travel with pets?
Transportation of animals is carried out subject to the availability of all necessary documents for the animal and is possible only in a box specially designated for this purpose. Transportation of dogs is allowed only in a muzzle. For coordination and all questions, contact our operator.
What is included in the price?
